Set up Claude for your business
Tell Claude who you are, what your business is, and how you like things. Profile, preferences, memory, writing style. About 20 minutes. From this point on, every conversation starts with Claude already knowing your context. (If you’ve ever wished your AI could just... know things about you without being told every time, this is that.)

Build your first Project and Skill
A Project holds your business context for one area of your work. A Skill teaches Claude your processes and workflows. Together they mean Claude gives you relevant, on-brand output without you explaining yourself every single time. This is the bit where Claude starts to feel less like a tool and more like someone who actually knows your business.

Let Claude do the work
Connect your tools so Claude can read your files and check your schedule. Set up tasks that run on a schedule so things get done while you’re doing something else. This is Claude working for you, not waiting to be asked.
